
Chill out this summer with a refreshing smoothie bowl filled with seasonal goodness! Packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, this creamy and nutritious treat is a delightful swap for ice cream.
With virant frozen blueberries and bananas, it’s both wholesome and wonderfully fulfilling. Topped with fresh berries, coconut flakes, and a dollop of peanut butter, it’s the perfect way to savour the taste of summer.
Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
200g frozen blueberries
20g peanut butter
2 teaspoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons hemp seeds
Natural yogurt – to add if it’s too thick to blend
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined. I used a stick blender and added a little yogurt to the mix.
Place in a serving bowl and top with the suggested toppings or your favourites.

Coconut flakes
Drizzle peanut butter.
