These Coconut Cacao Butter Protein Bars are a delicious and nutritious snack perfect for anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth while fueling their body. Packed with protein, healthy fats, and natural sweeteners, these bars make an excellent on-the-go snack or post-workout treat. With ingredients like cacao butter, shredded coconut, hemp seeds, and protein powder, they offer a balanced mix of energy-boosting nutrients to keep you going throughout the day.

 

Ingredients

1/4 cup cacao butter, melted

1 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or coconut)

1/4 cup hemp seeds

1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)

2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 tsp vanilla extract


Method

  1. Melt the cacao butter and coconut oil together in a double boiler or microwave.

  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded coconut, protein powder, hemp seeds, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and sea salt.

  3. Add the melted cacao butter and coconut oil mixture along with the honey and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well combined.

  4. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the dish.

  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.

  6. Cut into bars or squares.

  7. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
