Healthy Smoothie/Juice/Snack Demos

I will come into your business and do a fun demonstration on how to prepare a super nutrient charged smoothie and discuss the health benefits of juicing and blended drinks. I provide lots of clever nutrition tips such as how to include healthy ingredients in your smoothie that the kids won’t detect, different flavour combinations and foods to include to bolster immune health. Samples and recipes cards provided.

Food Intolerance Testing

Food Intolerance Testing via blood analysis (a quick and simple finger prick sample). Using the laboratory based Lorisian test it measures food specific IgG antibodies to identify reactive foods. Food intolerances can be at the route of many symptoms including digestive disturbances, headaches and migraine, low energy and mood an hormonal imbalances. Many clients find that once they have eliminated the trigger foods for 3-6 months they can then re-introduce many of them in small amounts with no adverse effects.
